  RETURN POLICY When and how can I cancel an order? Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled Do you exchange or replace items? When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible. Return needs to initiate within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Perfumes cannot be returned or refunded. Wallets purchased with SNGIFT50 are not returnable. When are Refunds provided? Refunds would be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse/Store and the quality check is complete. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation? For Credit Card/Net Banking, refunds will be done through payment gateway. It typically takes 7 to 8 business days for refunds to reflect in to your account which is completely dependent on the bank .For Cash on Delivery Orders, the refund will be processed through outlook7 credits only. It may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account. Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. You can return the product within 7 days of delivery INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on international orders except for any defective or damaged product.
